Job Description

sourcing OPT candidates, screening resumes and conducting interviews, matching candidates with suitable positions, managing relationships with both students and employers, and ensuring compliance with visa regulations and U.S. labor laws

Candidate Sourcing:
Use various channels like social media, professional networks, and databases to find qualified OPT candidates.
Resume Screening:
Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
Interviews:
Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Job Matching:
Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and place candidates in roles that align with their skills and career goals.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with OPT candidates and employers to ensure a positive experience and satisfaction.
Visa and Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on OPT regulations and ensure that candidates and employers comply with all relevant rules and reporting requirements.
Recruitment Process Management:
