Job Description

Vimtra Ventures is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team in Chennai. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing incoming leads, making outbound calls, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Convert leads into site visits and follow up until closure.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our real estate offerings.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in sales or telecalling (Preferably from Real Estate).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle pressure.
  • Candidates from the real estate industry are preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.

Work Timings:

  • Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
