Job Summary:

OPT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and recruit

  OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, TN, GC, and US Citizen

  candidates from job portals, universities, references, and social networking platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, build strong pipelines of consultants, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Work closely with candidates on career counseling, resume preparation, and interview guidance.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to promote candidates to client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants for long-term collaboration.
• Post job requirements on portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
• Negotiate salary/rates with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Regularly interact with candidates to understand their availability, skills, and career goals.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in OPT/Campus/Bench Sales recruiting (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with

  US recruitment processes, visa types, and work authorizations

  is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in

  Bench Sales or OPT/CPT recruitment

  .
• Knowledge of IT technologies and skill sets.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
