Build and implement network design and hub-spoke operations to optimize PTL shipments across cities.
Manage relationships with fleet owners, transporters, and logistics partners to ensure availability and reliability.
Ensure on-time dispatches, deliveries, and service-level adherence for all PTL shipments.
Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Oversee documentation, billing, and compliance related to PTL shipments.
Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolutions.
Develop strong operational SOPs and KPIs for monitoring performance and efficiency.
Leverage technology and data-driven insights for route planning, load consolidation, and performance improvement.
Lead and mentor a distributed team of operations managers and field executives.
