Finance Controller

The Finance Controller will drive the groups financial health by managing operations, planning, controls, compliance, and reporting across all entities. The role blends business finance with leadership, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• FP&A:

  Forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic inputs.

• Business Finance:

  LOB analysis, KPI monitoring, and growth/margin recommendations.

• Credit & Receivables:

  DSO/DPO tracking, billing, collections, and dispute resolution.

• Cost & Cash Flow:

  Budgetary control, cost optimization, and working capital management.

• Controls & Compliance:

  Robust financial systems, statutory filings, audits, and regulatory compliance.

• MIS & Reporting:

  Accurate MIS, consolidated financials, and actionable insights.

• Risk & Investments:

  CBA, feasibility studies, and support for capex/expansion.

• Treasury:

  Fund management, credit lines, interest/covenant monitoring.

• Collaboration:

  Partner with business functions to align finance with strategy.

Candidate Profile

• CA (preferred)
• 8–15 years’ experience with 3+ years in controllership/leadership
• Exposure to multi-entity/group structures and audits.
• Strong analytical, communication, and ERP/financial tools expertise.
