Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead monthly MIS reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, variance analysis).
Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits end-to-end.
Support commercial finance with pricing, margin, and trade scheme analysis.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, IND-AS/IGAAP, and internal controls.
Drive automation and process improvements in reporting and data consolidation.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or high-growth startups preferred.
Proficient in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
