Job Title: Business Analyst

Location:

Mumbai

Experience:

4+ years5-days WFO mandatory.

Description -

Working on complex, structured, and exotic products. This role offers exposure to financial engineering and evolving market practices.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Review: Validate OTC and Note tradesensure accurate capture in risk systems
  • reconcile with official documents.
  • Documentation Analysis: Interpret trade documents
  • identify and escalate discrepancies.
  • Risk Management: Assess trade risk attributes
  • collaborate with Risk, Trading, and Legal teams.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance review processes and controls
  • support efficiency and risk mitigation projects.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal teams
  • provide clear updates on findings and improvements.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge of equity derivatives, including vanilla and exotic options, multi-leg strategies, and hedging techniques.
    • Bachelor
    • s in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (CFA/MBA preferred).
    • Familiarity with trade documentation and risk systems.
