The Revenue Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reliability of

the organizations revenue streams. This role involves monitoring end-to-end revenue processes,

identifying revenue leakages, implementing controls, and working closely with cross-functional teams

(finance, operations, IT, and sales) to safeguard profitability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end revenue assurance processes to ensure accurate billing, accounting, and

reporting.

• Monitor transactions, billing cycles, and collections to identify gaps or leakages.
• Develop and implement controls, audit mechanisms, and reconciliation processes.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of revenue variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Business Operations to automate revenue assurance checks.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
• Prepare and present regular revenue assurance reports to senior management.
• Drive process improvements to enhance revenue visibility and minimize risks.
• Lead a small team (if applicable) to ensure adherence to revenue assurance standards.
• Support corporate governance, budgeting, and forecasting by providing accurate revenue data.
• Conduct segmental profitability assurance and analysis to evaluate performance across

• Reduction in revenue leakages and financial discrepancies.
• Timely reconciliation and reporting accuracy.

SKILLS

Strong understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition (IND-AS / IFRS preferred).

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel/Power BI.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

Knowledge of IT/finance / service sector revenue processes (advantageous).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong attention to detail and process orientation.

Good planning and organization skills -Proven ability to delicately solve sensitive matters documents that mitigate risk and penalties.
