Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategic partnership plans and drive tie-ups with Consumer Finance companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions at the corporate level.
Analyse data and market insights to identify industry trends and propose actionable strategies.
Ensure timely initiation, mapping, and activation of all finance services across regions.
Regularly update finance service status on dashboards and ensure data accuracy.
Oversee onboarding and training for all new finance partners/services; track and report usage and impact on business.
Resolve all finance-related issues, including mapping, DMI, upgrades, EMI schemes, and cashback discrepancies.
Manage operational processes including stock rebilling, PCM approvals, DMS creation, and whitelisting approvals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance operations and improve service efficiency.

Work Experience & Skills:

• 2-4 year of experience in financial services or related responsibilities

• Knowledge of financial products, schemes, and retail operations (preferred)

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation

• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet timelines

• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
