Key Responsibilities: 1. Corporate Governance: Advise the Board of Directors on governance best practices and regulatory compliance. Assist in drafting resolutions and compliance reports. 2. Secretarial Functions: Maintain the companys statutory books, including shareholding records and registers. Handle share transfers, issue of share certificates, and dividend distribution processes. Serve as the point of contact between the company, regulators, and shareholders. 4. Advisory Role: Provide legal and regulatory advice on corporate matters, contracts, and compliance. Assist in drafting legal documents, Memorandum & Articles of Association (MoA & AoA). Stay updated on changes in corporate laws and advise management accordingly. Sr. Accountant / Accounts Manager Chartered Accountant (35 Years) / MBA Finance (5–7 Years)/M. Com (7-10 years) Industry: Diamond Manufacturing Location: Katargam, Surat Reporting To: Head of Accounts/ CFO / Director Key Responsibilities Accounting & Compliance Supervision of day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and payment processing. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards. Manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and statutory dues. Review and reconcile inter-branch and inter-company accounts. Statutory Compliance Oversee preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns . Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits. Ensure compliance with applicable income tax and indirect tax laws. Financial Management Assist in finalization of accounts Support preparation of MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards. Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital requirements. Conduct fund planning and cash flow management for smooth operations. Coordination & Analysis Communication with the Head Office for approvals, reporting, and fund requirements. Provide analysis of fund requirements and ensure timely request for disbursement from HO. Prepare budgets, variance analysis, and cost control reports. Support management in decision-making with financial insights. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications: Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a Diamond manufacturing OR MBA (Finance) with 5–7 years of relevant industry experience. OR M. COM with 7-10 years of relevant industry experience. Skills: Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and Company Law compliance . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (internal & external). Good leadership and team management abilities. Package: 6 Lakhs To 9 Lakhs Per Annum
