MBA (Marketing) / Graduate in any stream with good academic record.
310 years of Sales experience in Finance, Banking, Consumer Durables, Telecom, or as a top-performing advisor (MDRT members preferred).
Stable career history with at least 1.5 years tenure in each company.
Strong communication skills in English and local language.
Presentable, aggressive, and sales-driven with high positive energy.
Ability to motivate, lead, and build a high-performing team.
Strong networking skills to generate leads and recruit advisors.
Candidate must be local or should have worked in the given location for 47 years.
