About us : Dasaram Brass , a trusted name in brass manufacturing, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Trainee to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or diploma holders to gain hands-on experience across production, quality, and supply chain operations. Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely execution. Maintain product quality as per customer drawings and standards. Read and interpret technical drawings, including GT and quality symbols. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material availability. Assist in production planning and workflow optimization. Ensure proper packaging and dispatch of finished goods. Monitor and support quality processes during manufacturing. Prepare basic documentation and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering . Alternatively, has already experience in Precision Manufacturing Industries Ability to read and understand technical drawings (GD&T). Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of production planning, packaging, and dispatch (preferred). Familiarity with MS Office, especially with Excel. Show more Show less
