Position: Performance Operations Coordinator

Location: Delhi NCR (Work from home with occasional in-person meetings as required)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 0-1 Year (Good to have interest in fitness)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operational activities.
• Perform internet research and data gathering.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel.
• Support performance tracking and coordination tasks.
• Collaborate with the team and ensure smooth execution of assigned work.
• Be available for occasional in-person meetings in Delhi NCR.

Requirements

• Fresher or up to 1 year of work experience.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and internet usage.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
• Interest in fitness and/or running will be added advantage.
