Operations Specialist

As an Operations Executive at The Bucket List Travel Company, you will play a vital support role in ensuring operational excellence and supporting the sales representatives. Your role will involve coordinating with agents and suppliers, managing quotes and logistics, tracking costs, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in compiling safari packages by coordinating with local agents, lodges, guides, and transport providers. - Gather and organize quotes, confirmations, and booking details from multiple suppliers. - Maintain operational trackers and ensure all logistical elements are aligned before client travel. - Prepare final documents and handovers (itineraries, vouchers, confirmations) for sales to deliver to clients. - Support with CRM updates, invoice tracking, and client folder management. - Follow up with suppliers on pending bookings and ensure timely responses to the sales team. - Help collect post-trip feedback and testimonials to assist with quality control and marketing. Qualification Required: - 1-3 years of experience in an operations role, Freshers with the skill set listed can also apply. - Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (comfortable using formulas and organizing data). - High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. - Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple moving parts. - Familiarity with travel industry components is a strong plus. - Experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
