Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Manage and fix issues in AV and video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams Room, Cisco Room OS, Appspace, etc.
• Handle backend systems to ensure smooth performance across thousands of devices.
• Support virtual and in-person events with setup and live troubleshooting.
• Participate in system readiness checks and manage equipment lifecycle (inventory, replacements, etc.).
• Be part of on-call support and work flexible hours (including weekends).

Documentation & Logistics

• Track and manage AV equipment replacements.
• Maintain clear records and create guides (runbooks, procedures) for system operations.

Collaboration & Improvement

• Help users with minor tech issues and training.
• Work with IT and vendors to improve conferencing systems.
• Analyze data using tools like Power BI to find and fix performance issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience with AV systems and video conferencing in large companies.
• Knowledge of backend tools like Cisco Room OS, Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with IT environments (Active Directory, cloud services).
• Certifications like CTS, CCNA, or ITIL.
• Skills in troubleshooting AV hardware/software and basic computer support.
• Ability to work independently and communicate well.
