Operations Specialist, Hosting

You will be responsible for managing multiple sub-projects under the leadership of your supervisor. Your role involves delivering on the objectives of the host community enablement workstreams and focusing on building new programs into scaled workstreams. Collaborating with key stakeholders across different geographies to realize business objectives is a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your tasks will include delivering on short-term host community projects as per business needs, focusing on business reporting and analytics for all current and new workstreams, and actively spotting data trends to suggest workflow enhancements for simplifications and optimizations. You are expected to have advanced expertise in various work processes, developed through job-related training and on-the-job experience, to identify and solve complex problems with little or no precedent. Working with a high degree of independence and initiative, you will resolve issues and may offer guidance and support to colleagues, including mentoring new members and assisting in enhancing their skills. Additionally, you may oversee quality assurance by evaluating the work of other specialists, conducting spot checks, offering feedback, and ensuring compliance with established guidelines. Your expertise should include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification, strong verbal and written English communication skills, familiarity with Google Suite (especially Sheets and Chrome), strong attention to detail for review work, and the ability to quickly absorb training on product and tool functionality. You should also be comfortable with process changes and ambiguity, possess the ability to make timely decisions, and work under stressful conditions. Adaptability to new technologies, advocacy for high-quality standards and innovation, good organizational and time management skills, and the ability to recognize work patterns for optimization are also essential qualities for this role.
