Job Description

Deutsche Bank is looking for Operations Specialist, AVP to join our team

Calculate, analyze, and report monthly performance attributions in coordination with portfolio management and other reporting recipients.
Perform calculations of performance metrics and explain findings and underlying methodology to Relationship Managers and institutional clients.
Define procedures and operating processes in line with regulatory/industry/functional specifications, striving to continuously improve these processes.
Measure, manage, and articulate procedural risks and define appropriate actions for mitigation and long-term avoidance.
Create a professional atmosphere and working culture fostering the values of Team spirit by being a true team player.
Ensure no policy violations, raise no red flags, and complete mandatory courses and ERTA personal trading.
