About This Role Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor with knowledge and experience in Commerical mortgage servicing including commercial mortgage loan structures and accounting, interpretation of a loan and loan servicing agreements In This Role, You Will Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environmentRequire ability to interpret and understand loan documents and loan servicing agreementsUpdate, analyse the company's mortgage loan system of record and other systems with apt dataGenerate systems queries of Loan Information, as when required/requestedComplete tasks that require the review of reports, system data, loan documentation, and other collateral or loan related informationRequire considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practicesCollect data and prepare related operational reportsPrepare input forms for automated data processing systemUtilize the company's internal operations to perform dutiesCoordinate projectsFurnish information to authorized personsProvide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Flexibility towards work on different processes/assignmentsWorking with teams and be an active participantExhibits a commitment to the companyAbility to set priorities, plan and organize workDemonstrates/maintains professional conduct under all circumstancesTakes ownership for the responsibilitiesMotivates himself and the team in achieving team goals.
