Job Title: Operations Executive Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India Experience: Minimum 1 year Industry: Financial Advisory Employment Type: Full-Time (6 days/week) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our Dubai-based financial advisory operations from our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, excellent English communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. This role involves handling visa and licensing processes, managing client documentation, and coordinating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process visa and license applications for Dubai clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Handle client documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission. Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and the Dubai team as required. Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks and support internal processes. Maintain records and logs of all operational activities and client interactions. Provide timely updates and reports to the operations manager/team lead. Ensure adherence to internal quality and compliance standards. Support the team in other administrative and coordination activities as needed. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations, preferably in a financial services or consulting environment. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. Willingness to work 6 days a week. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): Prior experience dealing with Dubai-based documentation or government processes. Familiarity with visa/licensing procedures in the UAE.
