Job Overview

Full-time role at our Calicut branch overseeing daily operations, academic processes and inter-branch coordination. Ideal for organized professionals with 1-3 years in operations/administration, preferably in education.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including attendance, schedules, and resource utilization.

• Coordinate with other branches for consistent policies, updates, and best practices.

• Ensure quality in course delivery, faculty performance, and student services.

• Support scheduling of classes, exams, and training; maintain compliance.

• Prepare operational reports and documentation.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Management, Education, or related field.

• 1-3 years operations/admin experience (education preferred).

• Strong communication, multitasking and MS Office skills.
