Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager/Property Manager to oversee the seamless functioning of our wellness retreat. This role is ideal for someone with strong hospitality or property management experience, who combines operational excellence with a passion for guest experiences and wellness.


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring smooth functioning of hospitality, wellness, and property services.


Manage staff across departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, spa/wellness, and property maintenance).


Maintain high standards of guest service and experience aligned with Osho Himalayas’ values.


Monitor budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts to ensure efficient cost management.


Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards for property and hospitality services.


Oversee property upkeep, sustainable practices, and preventive maintenance.


Support wellness programs and retreats through operational coordination.


Report directly to senior management with performance insights and improvements.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.


5+ years of hospitality, resort management, or property management experience.


Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.


Knowledge and experience of wellness/retreat operations


Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.


Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi/Pahadi is an advantage).
