Role Description

This role is for managing day to day activities of the Medicine Manufactuering Plant located in Chuvannamannu, Thrissur. The Operations Manager will oversee operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across departments. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing processes, and coordinating with various teams to meet laid down plans & goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in operations management and process optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Food / Pharma / Ayurveda industry is a plus
• Graduation with MBA is a preferable combination

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Plant Management
