To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and healthcare laws, coupled with exceptional organizational and leadership skills. While experience in Ayurvedic healthcare is advantageous, it is not mandatory. However, a medical degree (MBBS, MD) or relevant qualifications in healthcare are essential.
