Job Summary

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day shop floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are consistently met.
Oversee robotic paint booths, 5-axis systems, and conveyorized painting lines for optimal performance.
Lead automation project execution, including resource planning, timelines, and cost control.
Implement Lean Manufacturing principles, 5S practices, and root-cause problem solving to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure all operations meet safety, environmental, and quality standards, including ISO compliance where applicable.
Mentor, support, and motivate both salaried and hourly staff to build a high-performance, safety-first culture.
Manage and coordinate with vendors/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services.
Conduct performance reviews, skill assessments, and coordinate training to grow internal team capabilities.
Foster cross-functional collaboration between production, maintenance, and engineering departments.
Work in loud environments with variable temperatures and stand/walk for 810 hours per shift as required.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s or Diploma
in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Automation Engineering.
3–5 years of experience
in manufacturing or automation operations.
Hands-on knowledge of robotic painting systems and conveyor-based automation.
