Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Executive to drive business development and manage field sales across industrial customers. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, providing technical demonstrations, and closing sales for our automation and spray painting product lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, consultative sales skills, and a passion for achieving targets in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in assigned territory. Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and product trials at customer sites. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or automation solutions. Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close orders. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat and upsell business. Collaborate with engineering and service teams for solution customization and after-sales support. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report pipeline updates to management. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to generate leads. Track competitor activity and provide market feedback for product and strategy improvement. Ensure timely coordination with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for order fulfillment. Qualifications Required: Bachelors or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). 3–5 years of experience in industrial/technical sales (preferably automation, coating, or capital goods industry). The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of operational excellence, team leadership , and technical expertise in industrial painting automation . Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day shop floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are consistently met. Oversee robotic paint booths, 5-axis systems, and conveyorized painting lines for optimal performance. Lead automation project execution, including resource planning, timelines, and cost control. Implement Lean Manufacturing principles, 5S practices, and root-cause problem solving to drive continuous improvement. Ensure all operations meet safety, environmental, and quality standards, including ISO compliance where applicable. Mentor, support, and motivate both salaried and hourly staff to build a high-performance, safety-first culture. Manage and coordinate with vendors/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services. Conduct performance reviews, skill assessments, and coordinate training to grow internal team capabilities. Foster cross-functional collaboration between production, maintenance, and engineering departments. Work in loud environments with variable temperatures and stand/walk for 810 hours per shift as required. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Automation Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or automation operations.
