Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Overall responsibility of the team that he/she will be handling pertaining to operations

Track and monitor employee training needs and related transactions
Create management reports and support the operations / centre manager
The person will have approx. 2-6 direct reports & will manage a team
Assign the duties and manage staff as per the agreed roster
Monitor and process applications and meeting the SLAs
Security-related issues to be reported as per company policy
Training and implementation of new processes
Monitor and coordinate with TLs and accounts department end of the day cash handover to an accountant
Ensuring compliance to prescribed systems as per the defined SLAs
MIS (Attendance, Other Daily reports, Biometrics, etc.)
Adherence to SOPs
Ensuring the data matches the application entries daily and generate reports
