Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

P&L & Financial Management:

Own the P&L for all residences in the cluster.
Drive overall profitability through cost control and operational efficiency.

Customer Experience & Service Delivery:

Own NPS scores and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Oversee delivery of services including food, hospitality, internet, laundry, and security.
Implement and ensure adoption of tools created by the Technology team to improve service delivery.

Team Management & Training:

Hire and train Residence Captains to manage day-to-day operations at individual residences.
Mentor and guide teams to achieve operational goals and maintain service standards.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure smooth operations across all residences with adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
