Job Description

Management of franchise:

Act as the point of contact for franchise and be the face of the company
Ensure the franchisee are adhering to the company protocols & guidelines
Make regular visits to the franchise to monitor performance and also to extend the require guidelines & support

Operational support:

Handle pre-launch & Post launch operations of the franchise.
Setup the franchisee before launch
Given ongoing training to the franchise for managing operations
Manage chefs , in coordination with the HR manager
Prepare & implement operational SOPs at all the franchisees
Ensure quality & Hygiene
Provide insights to the management for improving the operational efficiency
