Management of franchise: Act as the point of contact for franchise and be the face of the company Ensure the franchisee are adhering to the company protocols & guidelines Make regular visits to the franchise to monitor performance and also to extend the require guidelines & support Operational support: Handle pre-launch & Post launch operations of the franchise.
