Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to maintain consistent communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure the smooth operation of the company. Additionally, the responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols, enhancing the efficiency of existing processes, ensuring operational activities are timely and within budget, and managing staffing requirements by hiring new employees when necessary. This includes creating career development plans for direct reports, resolving problems, managing data collection for updating metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance tools and systems, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations, overseeing materials and inventory, conducting budget reviews, and reporting cost plans to upper management. The required skills and qualifications for this role include a minimum of two years of successful experience in an operations management position, proficiency in budget development and oversight, strong delegation skills while maintaining control of branch operations and customer service, expertise in conflict management and business negotiation, familiarity with business productivity software, and a willingness to learn new applications. Preferred skills and qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in operations management, business administration, or a related field, strong IT skills including database development, several years of financial and account reporting experience, and the ability to communicate in multiple languages.,
