Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee logistics, customer service, daily operations, and basic financial activities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Excel and capable of managing teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth functioning of the business. Key Responsibilities:Logistics & Supply Chain Manage inventory, delivery schedules, and route planning. Coordinate with delivery staff to ensure timely distribution. Oversee procurement of packaging and raw materials. Ensure vehicle and asset maintenance for smooth logistics. Customer Management Handle client onboarding, queries, and issue resolution. Maintain strong relationships with retail, HoReCa (hotels/restaurants/cafes), and corporate customers. Regularly collect feedback and improve service standards. Daily Operations Monitor production schedules and order fulfillment. Supervise plant activities (if in-house bottling involved). Track order volumes, breakages, returns, and collections. Administrative & Financial Support Maintain records of deliveries, sales, expenses, and stock using Excel. Support the accounts team in daily cash flow entries, invoicing, and payment tracking. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and local regulations. Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, basic analysis) Basic knowledge of accounts and invoicing Strong people management and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
