Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager - Sales, located in Gurugram. The Operations Manager - Sales will oversee daily sales operations, manage sales teams, develop and implement sales strategies, and monitor sales performance. Responsibilities also include collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, identifying opportunities for sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting revenue targets.

• Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Operational Management and Process Improvement experience
• Skills in Team Leadership and People Management
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and performance data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
