Operations Manager & Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across departments
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to improve productivity and profitability
• Coordinate between departments (e.g., production, logistics, customer service) to ensure operational alignment
• Supervise supply chain activities to ensure timely procurement, production, and delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities
• Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding sales performance, operational issues, and improvement plans
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving
