Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple real estate projects.
• Improve internal processes to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Lead, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to support organizational goals.
• Ensure quality control standards across all project activities.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Accounts, and Admin teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor project progress, documentation, and reporting.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee vendor performance.
• Drive consistency in SOPs and establish best practices.
• Prepare regular MIS reports for management review.

JD Project Manager (Real Estate / Army / Admin Background)

Key Responsibilities (Point-wise):

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource plans.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure progress as per plan.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure adherence to safety norms.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Manage project budgets and control costs to avoid overruns.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely completion.
• Identify risks, delays, and implement action plans.
• Maintain project documentation, agreements, permits, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and real estate standards.
• Build discipline and accountability within the project team.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Provide clear communication and updates to management.
