Job Description

Key Responsibilities (across roles)

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Handle day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
Assist in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and monthly/yearly closures.
Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations.
Support statutory audits, tax filings, and other regulatory compliances.

For specialized roles:

D2C/Zoho: Manage accounting using Zoho tools and support D2C business operations.
Manufacturing/Automobile: Manage cost accounting, production-related financials, and plant-level accounts.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting/ERP software (Zoho preferred for relevant roles).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language (for senior roles).
