  • Handle customer queries via email, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process emails efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Develop strong written communication skills to effectively address customer concerns.
  • Utilize email processing software to manage large volumes of emails.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.

Desired candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
  • Excellent English writing skills for clear communication with customers.
  • Proficiency in email support, email writing, email processing, and emailing processes.
  • Ability to work on night shifts (rotational).
  • Strong written communication skills for effective issue resolution.
