Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our day-to-day travel operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the travel industry and excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of tours and travel services Supervise tour planning, bookings, and logistics Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations Coordinate with vendors, transport providers, and tour guides Monitor budgets, schedules, and operational performance Implement process improvements for efficiency and quality Requirements: Proven experience in operations management within the travel industry Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in travel software and tools Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
