Job Description

Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Dera Bassi

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments.
Ensure exceptional standards in guest service and satisfaction.
Supervise housekeeping, front office, and F&B operations.
Drive revenue growth and operational profitability.
Maintain and enforce brand standards consistently.
Monitor departmental performance and team efficiency.
Lead, train, and motivate operational staff.
Manage operational budgets and control costs effectively.
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Proven leadership in hotel operations, especially in F&B.
Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of budgeting, SOPs, and compliance.
Must have own accommodation.
Only candidates residing in Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Mohali, or Ambala should apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
