Operations Manager, Last-Mile Delivery

• We're looking for several talented & experienced Operations Managers (across levels) for our Central Operations team in Gurugram.
• Incredible yet challenging opportunity to work at a high-growth Quick Commerce startup where you'll help shape P&L outcomes, streamline dark store & last-mile delivery operations, drive efficiency in cost-per-order, and ensure SLA excellence across multiple cities.

Responsibilities:

• Help oversee Same-Day Delivery operations across dark stores/fulfillment centers in India.
• Lead all metrics and KPIs related to delivery TATs, store operations, reliability, customer experience & CPO (cost-per-order) as per business needs.
• Partner with city operations teams to design and implement SOPs for last-mile and dark store processes.
• Travel and manage dark store/delivery teams across India as per expansion plan.
• Work closely with our customers (D2C/Q-comm/E-commerce platforms) and support them in growth.
• Lead cross-functional reviews on operational performance, financial health, and customer experience.
• Own all aspects of dark store & last-mile operations such as inbound, inventory management, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, employee engagement, vendor partnerships, and COD management.
• Ensure a streamlined Supply Chain to drive 100% success rate in 60-Min/Same-Day Delivery & meet SLAs across the city.
• Oversee weekly audits and daily MIS reporting to Management.
• Help create a rockstar culture amongst your team to scale to profitability.

Qualifications:

• 4-10 years of Operations/Supply Chain Management experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.
• Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
• Hands-on experience with delivery metrics, SLA adherence, and supply chain costs.
• Demonstrated track record of decision-making under pressure and data-driven problem-solving.
• Must have an owner's mindset: we are looking for owners, not employees.
