• Manage Branch Profit and Loss (P&L), budgets, and financial performance.

• Oversee all daily logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution.

• Manage operations specific to Full Truck Load (FTL) transport, optimizing capacity and route planning.

• Lead price negotiations with carriers, vendors, and clients to ensure competitive rates and profitability.

• Lead and manage branch teams, including supervisors, coordinators, and drivers, ensuring effective team handling and performance management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and resolve complex issues effectively.

• Collaborate with the sales team to drive local business development and acquire new clients.

• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and transport laws.

• Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency gains.

• Requires significant prior experience in logistics/freight forwarding and proven negotiation skills.
