About the Role

Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Branch Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and manage the entire branch team across sales, operations, and client servicing.
  • Set performance targets and ensure team productivity and discipline.
  • Conduct training, reviews, and team development activities.

2. Business Development & Sales

  • Drive revenue growth by closing new clients and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Develop sales strategies, pitch event/BTL/branding solutions, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and represent the company professionally.

3. Operations & Project Execution

  • Oversee execution of events, branding, activations, and on-ground projects.
  • Ensure quality delivery, proper budgeting, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly to maintain strong client satisfaction.

4. Branch Administration & P&L Management

  • Handle budgeting, financial planning, and complete branch operations.
  • Track expenses, profitability, and overall branch performance.
  • Maintain smooth coordination across internal departments.

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, and project-related procurement.
  • Coordinate effectively between vendor teams, clients, and operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of proven experience in

    Events, Advertising, Branding, BTL, or Experiential Marketing

    (Mandatory).
  • Strong background in

    business development, sales, and operations

    .
  • Prior experience in

    branch handling and team leadership

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
