Job Title: Operations Manager – Group of Institutions

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative and operational activities across the group’s institutions(2-International School, 1-Agriculture College, 1-Polytechnic College, 1-Matriculation School, 1-Engineering College) to ensure efficient functioning, compliance, and high standards of service delivery. This role supports academic leadership and management by streamlining operations, optimizing resources, and implementing policies and procedures consistently across campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Administrative & Operational Management

  • Supervise daily non-academic operations, including administration, facilities, security, housekeeping, and transportation across all campuses.
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to institutional policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with campus heads/principals and department managers to identify operational needs and resolve issues promptly.

Infrastructure & Facilities

  • Oversee maintenance, renovation, and infrastructure projects to ensure campuses remain safe, clean, and student-friendly.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts related to campus facilities and equipment.
  • Monitor asset management, inventory control, and resource allocation.

Process Improvement & Efficiency

  • Review existing operational processes; recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Standardize operational workflows across institutions to maintain quality and compliance.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Assist in preparing operational budgets and monitor expenses to ensure adherence.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational standards.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and accreditation requirements.
  • Oversee campus safety, health protocols, and emergency preparedness plans.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead, guide, and motivate campus-level operations staff and administration teams.
  • Foster collaboration between academic and non-academic departments to support institutional goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s (preferred) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 15–20 years of experience in operations or administrative roles, preferably in education or large multi-location organizations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across campuses.
