Operations Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager - Night Shift Location: Gurgaon Shift Timing: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM About Green Fridge Co.Green Fridge Co. is a fast-growing food-tech company delivering freshly prepared, ready-to-eat meals through refrigerated vending machines. We are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager (Night Shift) to oversee daily kitchen and dispatch operations. Role: The Operations Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end night operations—from raw material inwarding to production coordination, inventory management, packaging checks, and dispatch to vending machines. This role ensures that SOPs are followed, inventory is well-managed, and operations run smoothly through the night. Key Responsibilities Raw Material & Inventory Management Receive and inward daily perishable raw materials and weekly stock. Maintain accurate inventory records and act as an inventory auditor to prevent leakages or wastage. Share the production plan with the Head Chef and ensure raw materials are available. Production & Dispatch Coordinate with the Head Chef to ensure production is on track for timely dispatch. Oversee packaging and ensure it follows all SOPs. Manage and monitor the dispatch of finished products to all deployed vending machines. Reconcile stock on the app after loading into vending machines. Operations & Problem Solving Monitor daily kitchen operations and ensure all SOPs are strictly followed. Identify and resolve any operational bottlenecks or production challenges during the shift. Serve as the single point of contact for the founders for all night operations. Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Google Sheets and basic computer skills (printing, data entry, etc.). Basic reading and writing skills in English. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and sense of responsibility. Prior experience in kitchen/food operations, inventory, or logistics management is preferred.
