We are looking for motivated and responsible professionals to join our team in roles ranging from Operations Manager to Backend Executive, Senior Manager, or Team Leader (based on experience and expertise). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, computer operations, and leadership skills, ensuring seamless business operations and delivering value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations in insurance and consultancy services.
Handle backend processes, documentation, and data management with accuracy.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service.
Lead, guide, and mentor team members (for senior/leadership roles).
Contribute to process improvement, efficiency, and overall business growth.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, data handling, CRM tools).
Ability to manage responsibilities independently and as part of a team.
Leadership skills and prior experience in insurance/consultancy preferred.
Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream; relevant experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
