✔ Graduate in B.Com/BBA
✔ Basic knowledge of finance preferred (not mandatory)✔ Comfortable with computer, Excel, and email writing✔ Detail-oriented & organised✔ Good communication skills✔ Lives in Tricity (Panchkula/Chandigarh/Mohali)✔ Looking for a stable full-time role for at least 1–2 years
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle day-to-day back-office operations for Motilal Oswal trading accounts.
2. Execute mutual fund purchase/redemption requests and track SIPs.
3. Coordinate with AMCs and Motilal Oswal support team for operational tasks.
4. Manage insurance policy data, renewal reminders, and client communication.
5. Maintain client KYC documentation, onboarding data, and compliance files.
6. Work on Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining daily MIS.
