Operations Manager - Exhibitions Only

Location: Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Working Hours: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years in the exhibition stand building industry (mandatory)
Travel: Pan India – Travel allowances included

Role Overview

We are looking for someone with experience in exhibition stand operations, preferably with a stand contractor or design agency. You’ll lead backend operations including logistics, material movement, crew coordination, and on-site execution for custom and modular stands.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute operations for exhibition stands and branded installations across India
• Coordinate logistics, dispatch, and timelines for modular frame systems
• Handle vendor teams, on-ground crews, and production planning
• Manage warehouse operations (frame/fabric stock)
• Supervise installation teams and ensure QC standards on-site
• Maintain job sheets and internal reporting
• Ensure project safety and compliance

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in exhibition stand projects (preferred: Auto Expo, Indiawood, CPHI, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of booth setup logistics and vendor coordination
• Familiarity with modular frame and fabric systems is a strong plus
• MS Excel, WhatsApp coordination, and scheduling tools
• Must be willing to travel for installations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
