We organize business meetings & training's for them on very frequent note. Responsibilities : Acquire a thorough understanding of our organizations needs and requirements. Expand the relationships with existing team by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Ensure the correct services are delivered to them in a timely manner. Serve as the link of communication between key members of our organization and internal teams and our members. Resolve any issues and problems and deal with complaints to maintain trust and relationships. Prepare regular reports of progress. Create booking schedules. Follow up on billing and payments between accounts and members. Requirements and Skills Proven experience as Operational Manager. At least 1 year experience of having worked in a similar role. Experience in providing solutions based on our needs. Strong verbal and written communication (English) and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. Excellent organizational skills. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
