Job Description

As an Operations Manager cum Executive Assistant to the Managing Director/Director in Mumbai (Nairman Point), your role will involve overseeing and managing daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will coordinate across departments to drive project timelines, KPIs, and strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process improvements, as well as supporting cross-functional teams with planning, reporting, and issue resolution. Monitoring budgets, expenses, and resource allocation will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Your role as an Executive Assistant to the MD/Director will require you to manage the MD's calendar, scheduling, travel arrangements, and day-to-day workflow. You will prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and events, and serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and organizing and coordinating executive meetings, board discussions, and reviews are also part of your duties. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee and manage daily business operations - Coordinate project timelines, KPIs, and strategic initiatives - Develop and implement SOPs and process improvements - Support cross-functional teams with planning, reporting, and issue resolution - Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation - Manage MD's calendar, scheduling, travel arrangements - Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials - Serve as a liaison between MD and internal/external stakeholders - Handle confidential information with discretion - Organize and coordinate executive meetings and reviews **Key Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field - 5+ years of experience in operations, administration, or executive support - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion **Preferred Qualities:** - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Experience supporting senior leadership or working in a startup or scaling business - Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset In this role, you can expect a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, health and wellness benefits, and opportunities for career advancement and learning.
