Job Description

As a Contact Center Transformation Specialist at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career and contribute to unlocking the value of technology for leading organizations. With 12-14 years of experience in contact center operations, you will play a crucial role in meeting daily tasks through various forms of communication. Your responsibilities will include: - Meeting daily task handling through written, verbal, or phone communication - Prior experience in Contact Center transformation - Meeting quality, productivity targets, and defined timelines to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Ensuring accuracy in completed tasks and demonstrating analytical capabilities - Adhering to established policies, procedures, and compliance standards You should possess knowledge in ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service/Operations, with primary skills in transformation and quality assurance in Contact Center operations. Proficiency in English language and exposure to the business domain will be an added advantage. Additionally, you should be willing to work in a 24/7 environment and have the ability to work in a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
