Operations Manager

Role Overview: As a Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic business plans for your designated geographic Zone/Territory. This will involve setting goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that the Zone/Territory meets or exceeds its targets. You will oversee a team of Area coaches and other staff within your Zone/Territory, including tasks such as hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring team members. Your accountability will lie in driving sales and revenue growth within your assigned Zone/Territory. Market analysis will also be a crucial part of your role to identify opportunities and threats, enabling you to make informed business decisions and adjustments to strategies. Additionally, you will have financial responsibilities for your Zone/Territory, including managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring that financial objectives are met.
